Fresh
admissions
are
accepted
only
in
Std.
I
and
XI.
Admission
to
other
classes
depends
on
whether
seats
are
available
due
to
pupils
transfer
to
other
schools.

A
pupil
seeking
admission
to
class
I
must
have
completed
FIVE
YEARS
ON
OR
BEFORE
31st
May
of
the
Year
in
which
admission
is
sought.

2.

Students
are
newly
admitted
only
at
the
start
of
the
academic
year.
When
the
child
is
admitted,
the
original
birth
certificate
and
its
xerox
copy
should
be
produced.

3.
|
Promotion
to
higher
classes
is
based
on
student's
performance
in
the
terminal
examinations.
|
|
4.
|
The
transfer
certificate
of
a
student
is
issued
only
after
verifying
that
all
dues
to
the
school
have
been
cleared.

reconsidered
and
the
student
who
has
failed
will
not
be
re-examined.

|
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION
a)
Application forms dully filled up together with copies of
certificate to prove age and qualification (self attested)
should reach the Head of Institution by registered post or
submitted in person on or before the date fixed by the
Government.
b) Original certificate should not be sent
along with the application. Application which are incomplete
and which are improper or defective will be rejected. Late
applications will not be considered.
C) Two seats will
be reserved for outstanding sportsmen. These seats will be
filled up by the authorities concerned based on recommendation
of Kerala Sports Council / district council.
d) The original
certificates submitted to the school office at the time of
admission will not be returned during the course period.
Students are advised to keep sufficient attested copies of
certificates for their use.
Candidates provisionally selected
will be required to appear for an interview before the
Principal on a specified date. Those who fail to turn up for
interview will forfeit their claims for admission. The
candidates at the time of interview must be accompanied by the
guardian and produce the documents below:
a) Memo Card
received from School. b) T. C. in original c) The original
Certificate and Mark list of the qualifying examination. d) Conduct certificate obtained from the institution last
attended. e) Income Certificate from the Villege Officer if
the candidate belongs to a backward community and if eligible
for fee concession. f) Community Certificate for SC/ST
Students. g) Income and community Certificate if the Candidate
belongs to OBC/OEC. h) Certificate from the Parish Priest (for
Catholics only)
